[epsi-coord] flyer for conference

Hi all, 

I prepared a little flyer based on Marc's text... it can be found on the dropbox / conference / marketing. But i have added a pdf for you here...

we still have to see whether this is the venue, date, etc!
We still need to have a link to a registration facility. 
We need to get permission to the photographer who did is, whether we can use his picture (already send a mail)

Logo's by Sponsors should also be incorporated into the flyer.

@Marc, for a back-up option: the HEC has an excellent building if we make the conference really small (up to a max of 200 people)... I can ask for the price etc... if you like.
