[epsi-coord] Monday confcall: talking points

Hi all,

As you know we have promised to deliver a TR on charging PRACTICES (not
plans, but shifts in current practices) by mid September. It would be ideal
if we could bring it with us to the EC on Sept 10th.

It is probably needed to discuss tasks and approach in the conf call of
tomorrow.

As input from my side I'd like to suggest that there are a number of news
items on the ePSIplatform from the MS we are planning to look at concerning
charging. Also use key-word search on charging, charging policy and access
to find items from the past 12 months or so from which you can find info on
when certain data sets have become available in e.g. NL, SF and elsewhere
free of charge, or when general policy announcements in that direction have
taken place.
