[epsi-coord] Dutch ministry offers involvement in conference / sectoral workshop

Hi Marc,

I've spoken with Ramon de Louw and Frans Lips at EL&I (Agriculture dept)
recently.
They would like to be able to present on their current open data work on
the conference, or maybe more fitting at the sectoral workshop. They are
now connecting open data to specific policy issues and solutions, and
engaging with stakeholders in the field on this through 'open data
estafettes' where they identify issues to address in a sector. First one is
in Feb in the agrifood business, other sectors will follow.

Maybe you can contact Ramon to see how this would fit (on the conference
perhaps the satellite data session, and as a case certainly at the sectoral
workshop)
