ok go ahead and see how it develops, but the impact should be for the PSI
community as a whole.

Start doing it quickly, publicize it and make plenty of noise, so it brings
plenty of candidates

In addition, as previously stated we would like a 3 month horizon skeleton
of activities you plan to undertake. Please refer to previous
correspondence.
