Dear Ton,
thanks for the enclosed list of TRs.
We would appreciate if you could drop the "Open Data In Africa" and "Linked
data" TRs. And in exchange you provide us with developments in in 2 MS.
Please provide us with suggestions. Please check MS for which a TR has not
been undertaken.
On the one related to licensing, please focus your efforts on the
economic/business side of it. Please liaise with the LAPSI network and
streamline the content. Please be ware that if you provide a typical
licensing report (see previous TR on licensing- UK Licence) we will not
approve it, so please ensure its added value.
As per the financing of registries, we would expect that there again added
value is built on need and does not only recycles what was identified in
the Deloitte report. If on the contrary you make a Report on how the
revised PSI Directive proposal would affect anmd impact on them, then
please go ahead.
If any clarification is required please let me know, or we can discuss
through telephone or in Rotterdam at the latest.
Thanks
Juan

experiences concerning community building around open data, as well as to
hear more about the experiences and work behind the ePSIplatform. Which
might serve as a model for World Bank activities in Kenya and Moldova.)
best,
Ton
