Dear Hans, dear Daniel,

As to the Trailblazers, we need a plan how to deal with them, assuming we
will get some responses.

Such plan includes:

a.       Protocol

b.      Instructions to candidates (there are at least three contributions
from Rotterdam)

c.       Logistical aspects (we have an extra room if needed, if in the
lobby we need high tables)

d.      Form (is there a competition, if so, who judges and on what basis?)

e.      Announcement in program (draft text, who drafts, when?)

f.        Form of presentation by participants

g.       Award (what, when to be handed out, who will do this, what are the
criteria, what are the costs?)

I do not think you need to create a lengthy document, but what is important
that this put into the time frame as reflected in the planning document. So
there I would expect a small subproject plan (see tab planning – it is
already in there).

Could you also agree who will be responsible for this part (I thought we
agreed that Timelex would do this, but I could be wrong).

Please also take into account the things that Juan said.

It would be good, if you could have something ready by Monday, to the level
that we can discuss it and agree upon it.
