[epsi-coord] Draft invitation letter to speakers

I think it needs to contain:

1: the subject we want them to speak about.
2: the amount of minutes
3: the form (panel discussion, small presentation)
4: the reason we invite them.. (I.e. Your excellent knowledge of the theory, your position within PSI holder/PSI re-user/Policy maker etc…
5: how and where to reply! (preferably to a person, not just info at epsiplatform..)
