Preliminary budget for invoices. The amounts due are in the green line! It is the amount payable (18,5+27,75%) of your share in the total contract, minus what was paid in the first installment. Because the amount of money you are entitled to changed with the renegotiation of the tasks in the contract, the funds are accounted for in this way…

I will need to check a few things tomorrow (in our admin), but you can prepare an invoice based on the above numbers. I'll let you know tomorrow if these need to be changed.

Invoice needs to be in the exact same format as the previous one, so you can just copy it, change address, date and amount and invoice us. You can use "Zenc B.V. - van der spiegelstraat 12, 2518 ET  THE HAGUE' as the place of invoice. We will pay the invoices asap, but only after we have received money from the EC.

As to the conference:
I have been talking to some people (in our government) who feel that the directive might meet with considerable resistance.. Perhaps they are already planning ahead on the next step in the review process?

Hi all,
formal response to 1st Tech Report received.  Tom can you send an invoice to the EC, and let us know what we need to invoice Zenc?

Although the Tech Report is now approved Juan asks for additional things (even though I think that is already in the Tech Report).

The remark about the next conference, which they want to see in October I cannot place at all.
