Dear Sirs,
I'm currently working on a project which requires gatherring PSI on a EU
level, i.e. from different Member States.

I was wondering if you know if there is a place on web where one can find
condensed information how to apply for PSI in each Member State (i.e.
forms/procedures of each Memeber State to be able to apply easely for PSI
without advanced knowledge of local legislation).

My other question is if you know if there is any EU legislative document(s)
other than 2003/98/EC which regulates exchange of PSI soelely between
Member States (i.e. its administrative organs not individuals).

I would be grateful for any information in this respect.
