Aaaaargh! Should we make an appointment to go see the new PO, to try to start with a clean slate?

Hi Daniel,
Yes, we are in fact on schedule with TRs, it's just that Juan (and Richard) never responded to repeated questions whether they needed to be send to him or to someone else (this is the first time they mention the new PO by name). So there's been a bunch of material ready for them for six weeks, but they never responded to my communication attempts to deliver it to them. That's what pisses me off, as he now introduces the new PO by basically saying we've been out of the loop.
Yes, that August deadline is also something weird. First time it pops up. Of course we already could have had the survey ready and over if Juan had bothered to respond to my repeated questions. The deadline is attached to the survey, but no idea why it's a deadline.
best,
Ton

OK, lets discuss this on monday. Some marginal questions & remarks:
- Why the hack are we "well behind schedule" on the TRs? I thought we are doing well?
- I can prepare an update on the "TRANSPORT Data Sectorial conference" for Marc to review for monday.
- What is this "FINAL REPORT MUST BE AVAILABLE END OF AUGUST"?

Today and tomorrow are difficult to point to times where I could be available, so I hope the short list I sent you Monday already is of use for you.

I had asked Richard Swetenham earlier whom to pass them on to, assuming that after June 1st you would have moved on to new tasks. Would you like to receive those documents still, or should I send them directly to a new project officer?
