[epsi-coord] first announcement 2013 Conference

thanks for URL, we're starting to spread the word.

Could you please add the "Cyber Law" sign to the University's Logo? Then we would have the full logo of our university partners.

I also would like to invite ombudsman and DPA to the conference - will we have an updated draft programme very soon, or should I use the one you've send us a month ago?
