[epsi-coord] last version of the program - please bang on doors!

Hi Marc, I think we should mark the non-confirmed speakers as "invited" or "tbc" can you please do so and share?

Also I think we should make the detailed program available AND visible on the website as the preliminary program published is very limited. @Ton can you please do this?
