[epsi-coord] update conference registrations

Hi all,

we now have 90 registered participants for the conference, which means we
are including speakers up to 125 people. Let's keep pushing some more.
It seems more Polish people are now starting to register.

At the EC PSI Group Meeting in Luxembourg I will also invite those present.
