[epsi-coord] wrap up Warsaw visit

Dear all,

Just returned from my Warsaw trip.

Briefly put, I am very happy with the results:

1.       Uni premises are excellent (I put some pics in the dropbox). Staff
is very friendly and professional.

2.       Lukasz (Centrum Cyfrowe) and Przemek (student at Cyber law
department of the Uni) are really putting their weight in and are truly
committed to turn this into something special.

3.       I have not met the catering yet, but Lukasz reassured me that that
will be fine. We can get a flexible deal (price per head and flexibility
until 2 days before the conference).

4.       Also for the workshop things are fine.

The key thing now is the marketing of the event: we need more registrations
(the plenary has room for 350 people!). Lukasz has started campaigning in
Poland and will also move into neighbouring countries. Please do so as well
within your networks.

Finally, of course, in case you still have some confirmations pending,
please follow up.
