[epsi-coord] Conference spam

today I have launched a little spam attack on our fellow open data colleagues in Europe.

This includes the OKFN lists for AT, BE, BG, CH, CZ, DE, FI, FR, GR, HU, IT, LU, MD, RO, RU, SP
