[epsi-coord] collected feedback on scoreboard

 hi all,

Tom and I have updated the PSI Scoreboard at
http://epsiplatform.eu/content/european-psi-scoreboard. There's also now a
page where we address all the feedback we could not immediately adopt into
the scoreboard, or have reason to not want to.
