hi Olivier
Attached is a draft outreach plan for the datacrunch project. I meant to 
send this to you last week, sorry - too much else going on. I've 
suggested starting to publicise it befor Christmas, to get it in 
people's diaries - but I'm not sure if this is realistic? If it's 
definite that it will go ahead in January, then it might be good to do 
some initial invites next month. Otherwise I guess it will be crucial to 
start very early in January.
