[EU-lobby-data] Meeting with Tactical Tech

Dear Timo,

I had estimated it at a bit lower costs, but it would not be a disaster 
if it turns out that 6,000 euro is needed, this can be accomodated for. 
The most important now is to get a clear deal with them, including 
deadline agreements so we're sure the website will be ready well in time 
for the launch.

We had a short exchange of ideas on the looks of the website in our last 
call; see the notes.
