[EU-lobby-data] Structure website

Hey guys,

thanks for that Erik. From a first look, it seems fine to me but will look 
at it again when I have a clearer mind (still at home today, although doing 
some work). I will also share it with comms, in case they have any idea.

Do you have any note or report from call yesterday? I'm interested to know 
how meeting with tactech went.
