[EU-lobby-data] data we need for texts (both for LobbyFacts and for the report)

Fortunately, it seems we'll finally launch Lobby Facts! And we have the 
deadlines around the corner, so let's all pull up our socks! =)

I had a meeting today with Olivier about the texts (both for LobbyFacts 
and for the report) to see where we are, what needs to be done and how 
we can manage. To sum up the conclusion is that we need to do some 
manual searches and gathering of information by ourselves, but we also 
need some information that can be extracted from the tool. And that's 
where we need you, Friedrich.

I hope it's not too difficult to do. Here's what we need. We need a list 
of all registrants with 3 columns: name, the subcategory they belong to, 
and their lobbying expenses (that is called sometimes "Share of turnover 
related to representing interests to EU institutions on behalf of 
clients" or "Estimated costs to the organisation directly related to 
representing interests to EU institutions in that year") (for the cases 
where a threshold is given, that should be an average as agreed). I hope 
I explained it well, otherwise, please let me know if you have doubts.

Why do we need this? Because it will allow us to look at the biggest 
spenders, to identify also the biggest spenders within the 
subcategories, to find cases of underreporting, etc.

When do we need it? As soon as possible... Sometime next week (so 13-17 
May) would be great, but the sooner the better, because we'll need to 
work on that data afterwards.

And it is also important to know when was the data last updated, because 
we'll need to footnote that in our texts.
