[EU-lobby-data] dates/time for next sessions + updated action plan

Dear lobbyfacts team, thanks for filling in the doodle; it looks like 
there's momentum for two datacleaning sessions:

Tuesday 14 May 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday 21 May 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Ideally each of the sessions would start with a short conference call to 
discuss progress on the action plan. I've updated the plan (moving 
everything related to the workshop forward into June), please have a 
look to see which tasks you're responsible for and by when.

Erik, can you specify which specific tasks we'll have for these two 
sessions?
