[euopendata] Next EU Open Data call on April 13th at 1700 GMT, 6pm CET

Hi all,

next weeks tuesday is scheduled for our next

EU open data working group conference call on April 13th  at 1700 GMT, 6pm CET 

As you might remember the last call on Tuesday, 9th March 2010 has been a complete failure. We have been too much people to manage to get them all on one 'skype' call and on one 'etherpad' for collaborative editing.  It was obvious that we had to change our tools. 

For next Tuesdays call we will use 

1. conference Call that we will send send you info later today or on monday
2. a backup channel: #okfn IRC channel on okfn.net (you can also use this web client: http://ur1.ca/4fh) 
3. a 'piratepad', for collaborative editing, witch allows more than 10 people editing simultaneously.

The conference call will aim to follow up what has happened around open data in Europe and try to agree on how to proceed with this working group conference calls.

As I (Daniel Dietrich, Skype: ddie22) promised to coordinate [1] the call, I have few tasks for you all:

1. Participants for next call 

	* Please visit the piratepad and mark there if you are able to participate in the call

3. Topics

	* Please send to this list all ideas and specific topics you have in mind for next meeting.

4. Action Items

	* Action items from last call, you may comment the status:
	• Start preparing for the ICT-2010.
	• Collect list of passed Apps competitions in the Apps4Democracy wiki.
	• James and Ton will speak in the Dutch semantic web meetup and feed the results back to this group.
	• Ton will facilitate e-mail discussion "what we would like to see?" on the http://ourdata.eu site.
	* Please contact your national contact person from ePSIplatform if you have not done yet. 

I will send an update and reminder one week before the next meeting. Hope to see you at the next call.
