Hi guys and thanks for welcoming us to your lists! 
I'm sorry I haven't been able to introduce myself earlier, but finally here
it goes..

I'm a Business Analyst at the Norwegian consulting and services company
Objectware in the Scandinavian Itera Consulting Group. We primarily provide
consultants for systems development and related tasks, but we also have a
spearhead unit doing digital business development, which is where I'm
located. Through previous employments I got closely in touch with many of
the key semantic web people in Norway, and these connections ignited my
interest in open data which I've been advocating locally for a few years
now. This further got a real boost when I entered my current position that
have enabled me to do a series of talks about open data at various
conferences in Norway and abroad, which is how I got in touch with the OKFN.

Of recent interest is that I've just initiated the Oslo Open Data Meetup
(http://www.meetup.com/osloopendata/), an informal gathering of open data
enthusiasts where both engineers, media and dataowners can get together to
share possibilities and knowledge to accelerate the opening of data in
Norway, then especially data from the public sector. We're having our first
meetup on March 10th, so if any of you are in Norway at that time you are
very welcome to join in :-)
