[euopendata] Irekia: Open government in Basque Country

I am currently on the ODIS conference in Copenhagen, with 150 Danish civil
servants to discuss Open data. See the #ODIS search term on Twitter.
Very interesting remarks by Javier Hernandez-Ros of the European Commission.
Will blog that later.
He also mentioned this example from Spain: www.aporta.es
A portal dedicated to PSI reuse.

(Danish gov hired me to moderate the conference discussion, so might be an
angle to work closer with Danish gov on open data in the near future)
