[euopendata] Request to join WG on EU Open Data

I met Christiane at 'Social Software @ Work' in Dusseldorf last September.
She has a legit research agenda into this. Also has been interviewing people
at federal level in Germany on open data for her journalistic part of work.

It would be great if she would connect to Daniel and the others at Open Data
Network Germany through this list.

So I am ok with having her on board.
