===Open data Guide for Europe===
Ossi Kuittinen (Finnish member of ISTAG) was interested to help us get
funding for translating (the Finnish guidebook) and extending the open data
guidebook to European scope. Concept would be to:
# Translate the Finnish guidebook into english (straight-forward)
# Revise the content and extend it to European scope (combinig other
existing guides)
# Hire authors from different European countries to contribute in the
project
# Do ewerything as openly as possible using the internet collaboration tools
# Publish the book in traditional + wiki version

Goals for open data guide for europe
*boosting digital agenda
*revitalizing democracy

Possible partners EU level
*Information and Communication Technologies Advisory Group ISTAG

*Open Innovation Strategy and Policy Group (OISPG)
