[euopendata] Fwd: Re: ICT 2010 Networking Session on Governmental Linked Data

David Osimo, who knows the EU related things pretty well had good tips 
and hints regarding to the ICT 2010 networking event.

If I remember correctly one thing was to keep it clear that ICT 2010 
(networking included) focuses on technology. Linked data, 
interconnectivity between catalogs etc. are good.

Davin maybe you can add something more.
