[euopendata] Presentations of the European Commission PSI Group Meeting last week

Yes, I will try to be in the call. I've made notes about what various Member
States said, but still need to go through them. Also I need to see the
presentations again myself, to jog my memory for interesting notions/tidbits
that came out of the session.
