Hi Antti,

Various German university library metadata collections (most in CC0) can be
found at
https://wiki1.hbz-nrw.de/display/SEM/Aktuelle+Open-Data-Exporte

In general you will see a move to CC0 from various libraries as Europeana is
adopting CC0 to do linked data. So, whoever is partnering with Europeana is
likely to adopt CC0 soon, or already has done so.
