[euopendata] About this working group

Dear all,

we have discussed this before: Does it make sense to merge this working group with the Open Government Data working group [1]. 

Arguments pro were:

- there is a huge overlap of members
- many mail is cross posted to both lists
- attendance in monthly calls is relatively low 
- mail on this list is relatively low
- working group activities are relatively low (other than mailing list)

Arguments against were:

- focus on EC policy, activities, news, events
- more focussed exchange / debate

An additional consideration might be that the european psi-reuse community has a home at ePSI platform.

Here is our proposal: 

1. Lets merge this working group and list with the Open Government working group.
2. Lets move more specific debates on EC related stuff to the ePSI platform. (of course we would have to discuss how to do this)
