[okfn-coord] introduction to this list

Thanks for flagging up the existence of this list. I'm afraid I may not
have been living up to my coord-like duties :)

Were there any particular discussions to be had or people we should be
slagging off that I'm not yet aware of?

I think they're all useless! :)
