[okfn-coord] Free Knowledge Book chapter

Two options here:

1. We submit the componentization paper. This is already 'print-ready'
thanks to work for Node.London reader

2. We could submit my essay on 'The Value of Openness' as presented at
Open Everything last week (this is already fully written up).
