I have also booked two smaller rooms at the LSE for the OKCON.
Another issue we need to think of is whether we will be having a call for papers or invited speakers only. I m inclined to suggest the former for OKCON and the latter for the COMMUNIA workshop. What do you think?

I'd suggest we need to slim down the CFP a bit as it seems a bit
verbose at present. In terms of previous workshops how have they been
set up? Has there been a CFP as well as invited speakers or just a CFP
or just speakers or ...?
I'd strongly suggest getting some people from the US. For example the
CTO of Washington DC was mentioned at the PSI Workshop.
We should write to Chris Corbin right away and ask him for suggestions
as to subject matter and people to invite. Chris is probably *the*
most knowledgeable person about PSI matters across Europe that I/we
know ...

Indeed. We also need to do this for OKCon (or at least get the
announce/CFP out).
