That's great news Jonathan. Now we need to get organizing I guess and 
decide who to invite. Some immediate suggestions:

   * Bernt Hugenholtz (DB rights and implications for PSI)
   * Tom Watson (Minister v. interested in PSI)
   * Baden Appleyard
   * Charlotte Waelde / Jordan (open data licensing)

We can also chat with people at the workshop in Nov.
