Ditto :) Big well done on getting this moving so quickly.

Couple questions regarding location:

  1. Where exactly are the rooms we've got?

  1. Any possible chance of being in the Old Theatre (for Communia).
I've been at one conference in here before and it was really nice. (I
know it has rather large capacity but you can always just use
downstairs).

  2. For OKCon we might want to have one big room in morning but
multiple (2/3) rooms in afternoon for separate workshops etc.

I think OKCon should be Saturday 29th if at all possible (much harder
for people to travel in from Oxford, Cambridge etc etc on Sunday)

Yes, this seems important. For COMMUNIA I don't see this as a big
issue but, if necessary for OKCon, we could always do something
explicitly jointly (in which case we probably have to pay something as
we did last time).

Yes. We should probably get a list for both Communia (board wiki) and
OKCon (public wiki I think):

  * Dates/deadlines
  * Draft CFP
  * People to contact/invite (if needed)
