Congratulations! Your idea has been short-listed for the awards.

It would be helpful if could get a little more information from you. We
are starting to work up our press and announcements. As far as we are
concerned the real story is not in what we have done, but in how people
have reacted and contributed ideas. We are therefore looking to build
media interest around the people who took part and in particular those,
like you, who have had their ideas short-listed. It would therefore be
great if you could let us know:

     * A little bit about yourself;
     * How you came up with the idea;
     * Any aspirations you have for how the idea will be used; and
     * Whether you are happy for our press office to contact you about
       your story.

Separately to this, is there a contact number that we can use to let you
know the outcome of our judging process? I would expect to be in contact
again by mid next week.
