Offhand:

- Setting rates - we already did this more or less, though perhaps we  
should do a bit more around who does work for what rates and what the  
margin is to be for OKFN.
- Advertising that we do this -- change the website to show this, do  
SEO/networking around it, generally selling this side of what we do
- Drafting more formal agreements for consulting contracts (both OKFN-- 
 > client and OKFN --> contractor, e.g. Rufus, Jonathan, etc)

But first probably...

- A Business plan briefly outlining what we do and why we are doing it  
(and how)

Maybe discussing this is an agenda item for the next board meeting?
