[okfn-coord] Communia Network Agreement + first bank transfer?

I think it is no problem for you to act as a legal representative of
the OKF in relation to COMMUNIA and to sign these docs on behalf of
the OKF in that capacity (you have been approved to do so by the OKF
board after all!).

When doing so, following Jordan's suggestion, you can just put down
your tittle (Community Coordinator).
