This one though perhaps not "effective immediately" but subject to 1
week waiting time in which anyone from the board can object i (I
should also say that Jonathan has done all of the interfacing with
COMMUNIA from the very start 1.5 years ago including proposing us to
be a member of the network so there is some of the next option in here
too ...)

Right though let's be clear this is authority only to *receive* money
not to spend it. This is signing simply so we can get our money
allowance from the COMMUNIA network (of which we are already a
member).

OK.  So for future for these kind of (fairly minor) things is the
following acceptable?

"I propose X and unless anyone says otherwise within a week this will
be deemed to have been approved"
