Just to let you know, we've just heard from Communia HQ that we've got
the go ahead on the PD calculators workshop in November. Great news!

I am very glad to accept the request,
thanks for submitting it.

After the meeting, you, as WG leads, will have to send
a meeting report including the following info:

1. duration of the meeting
2. actual participants
3. scan of the attendance list (signatures of the
  COMMUNIA members attending the meeting);
4. description of the activities;
5. output  of the meeting.

Such information will be included in the official
COMMUNIA Reports sent to the EC.
