Jordan: please look through the below and confirm you would ok be ok
with what we are suggesting (especially the 1 day from you).

Does £2000 seem a reasonable amount to people?

Having read the rest of your email (see some comments) below I think
we should quote £2000 being:

£1350: 1.5 days @ £900 per day for legal expert (Jordan Hatcher) to
determine license, talk through options, draft application text (e.g.
This material is licensed under ....)
£600: 2 days @ £300 per day at our NGO rate for work on FAQs,
integration into website, discussion etc

This is conditional on them using an existing open license (with
extremely limited, if any, drafting of additional text).

Any extra drafting and we are in to serious extra work.

Yes, I think that is essential.

That was our very cheap NGO rate for a researcher. If Jordan (a
qualified, expert lawyer) were to work on this we'd be looking at
least our full non-profit rate (£450 per day) and maybe more.
