    * Martin to provide a summary of the OKFN’s financial activity for
the last quarter at the next meeting, and to produce a similar
statement either quarterly or monthly from then on (to be decided by
the Board at the September meeting)
    * Becky to find a date where all members can meet face to face in
the next four weeks.
    * Paula to share her working documents with the Board ahead of this meeting.
    * Becky to chase Jonathan on 4IP grant
    * Becky and Jordan to progress consultancy guidelines.
    * James to find cheaper conference call facility.
