[okfn-coord] OSI work approved

Just to let you all know that (subject to final confirmation =
formality) the OSI work has been approved!

Unfortunately our original ask wasn't accepted, but we've got 15 days
scheduled in (15 days @ 300/day = 4,500.00 euros) - and in longert
term this should be valuable in terms of directing OSI funding policy
in this area! Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Also I asked to include several things I wanted to do anyway (set up
wiki pages with info and background on open government data
initiatives in different countries) - which will be useful for OKF,
and its new working group on open government data!

Separately we should also ask about sponsorship for an open government
data session at OKCon 2010.

euro for The Right of Access to Information and Open Government Data
project. I have already received from you data for the contract so I am
requesting that it is prepared.

Please note that this letter is only a preliminary notice of the
acceptance of your proposal, and your grant award is contingent upon
final approval by OSI management. The exact terms of your grant shall be
those included in the grant contract sent for your countersignature
following final approval.
