They all look fine apart from the "shareholders' capital" bit. Who are
the shareholders? The directors?

If the OKFN has not-for-profit terms enshrined in its mems and arts,
then it might be more appropriate to represent this as an "accumulated
fund". This is how ORG referred to its capital fund in our company
