An interesting call to "support new and creative informal adult
learning proposals". Though I don't think we've got a strong enough
adult learning angle - it does (again) highlight the potential value
of seeking partnerships with educational institutions! Especially for
projects like Weaving History and Open Shakespeare/Milton.
