[okfn-coord] Fwd: [Communia-members] deadline for London travel documents approaching fast

Just received a note from Juan Carlos De Martin saying any receipts
from the London Communia Workshop in March need to be sent in by 26th
June 2009. If anyone would like to be reimbursed for any expenses
related to the workshop, please ping me for further details.

We should also keep an internal record of Communia related expenses,
so we can keep an eye on the OKF's Communia budget. I've started a
wiki page at:

Dear All,

Those of you (less than 10) who have not yet sent us
the London travel documents, please be aware
that if we do not receive them by

                      Friday 26 June 2009

(the last working day before the start of the
COMMUNIA conference) the corresponding costs
will _not_ be considered eligible.

The original deadline was Friday 10 April 2009 (ten days
after the end of the London workshop).

This rule will be strictly enforced, and the same
will apply for the Turin travel documents,
in order to allow us to complete the financial report
for the second year of the project in due time.

We are available to provide any information
or help that you should need.
