[okfn-coord] Contract with aidinfo

There has been a bit of toing and froing on the "contract" (for the
benefit of AIDINFO's processes not to do with any changes).

We are now good to go. Realistically i would pencil a max of 3 days
over the next week (with me meeting simon on Friday 29th). I suggest
the bulk of this work be done by Jonathan and I with Jordan perhaps
doing a bit on the legal side of things. Perhaps we should plan out
precise time allocations using:

and the OKFN (private) internal calendar:

I also propose we take this off-list to the extent possible from now
on to save on list emails :)
