[okfn-coord] Draft annual report 2008-9

Hi all,

The draft annual report 2008-9 is now up at:

In particular I would greatly appreciate any input into the
introduction. The last paragraph is the same as last years - so any
suggestions for what to put there to improve the report would be
warmly welcomed!
