[okfn-coord] New board member: Ian Brown

Back at our meeting in May we agreed to invite Ian as a board member.
I double checked with him a month ago and he said he was definitely
interested (in fact he thought he'd said already!).

I mean to bring this up at the board meeting last Tuesday but forgot
and so want to let everyone know now and double-check that everyone is
happy for him to be appointed.
