[okfn-coord] Our major server disappeared!

Great to hear we're all back up and running! Big thank you to James,
John and Rufus!

Re: LayeredTech, my inclination would be to complain about how much
trouble it was that the server was taken offline without confirming
this with us first, and emphasise how much time its taken to resume
service. Maybe (as Jordan suggested) we should say we are still going
to have to explain to our users why our services went down. I think we
should ask them to waive the fee!

Given how much time its taken us and how unhelpful they initially were
(which caused us a lot of work trying to restore backups before they
gave us access to the server) - I think its worth asking for a waiver,
and if they won't budge then at least a reduction. Are they still
asking for £150/hour?

What do others think?
